In the upcoming weekend I will once again leave for New Jersey to participate in the Chessanity Masters. 4 rounds in 2 days, and the tournament this time is bigger, and the field stronger. 5 GM’s so far have signed up, with yours truly as 10th seed.

The Danish Championship is ongoing with the 5th round being played today. Mads Andersen looks like the clear favorite and is also leading the table with ½ point – this young GM is a complete player and is set to cross the 2600 barrier at some point.

For my first competitive tournament since my arrival in New York, I have decided to play the 1st CHESSanity Masters. 4 rounds during the weekend of April 1st-2nd in New Jersey. The playing venue is Hilton Garden Inn Edison/Raritan Center.
